Ladies and gentlemen, week 1 has already been completed. I work full time and I’m a mom, so week 1 break down was a no go. Just know that I did gain some weight back and as of January 11, 2020 I weighed in at 198 lbs. I will also make sure to post weekly updates on how everything went for week 2. I weighed in on October 8, 2019, at 199 lbs. Hoping to reach my goal of losing at least 10 lbs and completing a successful Whole30.
